This place has been recently renovated and is located in a convenient area close to the city center and a large supermarket, with friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The room was neat, had fairly clean private bathroom. We thoroughly enjoyed the satisfactory breakfast.

The place was fairly clean with free parking and a super bed. The room was warm and large, breakfast was particularly nice. Having an electric kettle, an air conditioning, and a work desk was very convenient.

Your best bet is to go for a suite with super clean bed sheets. 😊

We booked this hotel under the impression that what was said on their web site was true, it was'nt!!!! There was no restaurant open, no bar, no wifi and was an hour walk into annecy. The member of staff was completely hopeless and very very uninterested as to any off our enquiries, we were on honeymoon and bitterly dissapointed. When we booked we thought we were getting a good price as it stated on the web site there was only one room available, not true our unpleasant stay there was endured by only one other couple. The price we paid just was'nt worth the horrible experien. We cancelled eventually at cost to ourselves and went elsewhere, up to you if you book, but I never ever ever would again even if offered for free.

This place is clean with friendly staff and a good breakfast spread, making it a great starting point to explore the area.

very impersonal, stuffy and badly designed (light from bathroom switching on automatically and dazzling the other sleeper).International Visa card did not work. I had to leave numbers and data to receptionist.

The room had air conditioning, a work desk, and a TV, which was great, and the breakfast was amazing and satisfying.

the receptionist was helpful as were the staff in the dining room at breakfast.

the airconditioning unit did not work until the receptionist came to fix it. She recognised the problem from my description and so it had obviously been a problem for some time i.e. it had not been fixed even thought the staff were aware of the problem.

Clean. Quiet during night. Could come whenever we wanted - with card. Very unconvinient without a car.
